Shuffle dance – first class following our workshop for beginners.
Our September workshop continues with regular classes. You are welcome even if you missed the workshop – we start from the basics.

What to bring:
Comfortable clean shoes (ideally sneakers), loose clothes, sweatpants or leggings, and a bottle of water.
You will learn the basic shuffle dance and cutting shapes steps, a simple routine and get a good dose of cardio and endorphins. We'll show you how our trainings work – we dance together twice a week. Classes are for all ages, kids ideally 13+ (younger ones with a parent).
